Supporting team

Hi, I am Nilu. I am the centre director at Deep Creek Childcare centre.
I have been working in Early childhood for more than 20 years. In my role, I am fortunate to work closely not only with children but also their families and my team. I value inclusive practice and respectful relationships with children, families and my colleagues.
At Deep creek Childcare Centre, We value, recognise and respect each child and their families as unique individuals regardless of culture, custom, belief, gender or nationality. We provide a warm, welcoming, friendly, caring, and safe environment for children so they can develop a strong sense of community through belonging, being and becoming.
Hello, my name is Sandra you will probably find me in the kitchen cooking your beautiful children’s meals, but I didn’t start off there. After finishing school I went to work at the State Bank of Victoria for ten years. While there in 1986, I Married my Husband Mario and we celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary on the 11th of October. In 1988, we brought our bakery in Station St, Fairfield which we had for five years. In 1990, we welcomed our first child Amber, she is married to Stefan, and they have a son Ezra (my first grandchild) and in 2022 a little granddaughter Mila, in 1992 our second child and first boy Luke was born followed and Julian in 1996. I have been at the centre for 17 years and have worked in the rooms and now kitchen. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and Grandchildren, reading and travelling.
